Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at any authorized New Zealand Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
